In collaboration with many partners from the Danube Region, the Collegium Hungaricum (the Hungarian Cultural Institute) encourages the foundation of a cultural cluster in the Danube area (Danube Cultural Cluster) within the framework of the Danube Strategy. This cluster is meant to serve as an umbrella organisation for future and already existing cultural clusters in the Danube area, as a centre for information and service for Danube clusters. In the frame of the conference several panel discussions were organized according to the themes of Cultural and Creative Industries and ecotourism. János Keresnyei (President of the KIKK Association) presented the Creative Cities project at the Forum 1.1: Creative Indistries - The cultural cluster potential in the Danube-area.
