Announcement of the “Creative Cities” Partner Meeting at Leipzig in October, 28-29

On 28 & 29 October 2010, the partners of the CREATIVE CITIES project meet at Leipzig to discuss the results of SWOT analysis conducted for each of the five participating cities and to receive insights in Leipzig’s initiatives to promote creative industries. Most of the meeting will be held at the “Tapetenwerk”, a former wallpaper factory converted into a cultural centre with galleries, artist studios and a co-working space for creative entrepreneurs. Participants will furthermore have the opportunity to attend the Designers’ Open fair and the Grassi-Messe for applied design, two important events for Leipzig’s creative industry stakeholders.
