Brief description of the pilot actions

The City of Leipzig is going to strengthen the local creative industry cluster, ensure that policy-recipients are participating in the design of all planned activities, and to execute a comparative analysis of creative industries. Further activities are the implementation of marketing strategies, investment in pilot projects and realising local coaching and advisory measures.

Aufbauwerk Region Leipzig GmbH:

Aufbauwerk will exploit its rich expertise in the tools, approaches and experiences used for the strengthening of different clusters as basis for the development of suitable instruments to promote creative industries. Through other previous initiatives, Aufbauwerk already has links to key creative industry actors at Leipzig. The agency takes advantage of its capacities to reach out businesses to ensure the participation of creative industry actors in the project and the establishment of a professional cluster contact point.
